Dutch Gingerbread Nuts

This is more for the holiday season but oh well. People in the Netherlands eat these for St. Nicolas Day (Dec. 5th).

1 1/4 cup self-rising flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter/margarine
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
2 tablespoons milk

Knead it to a dough. Make little balls the size of a marble. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes. Cool down before eating!
