.:Brown Rice Casserole:.

BROWN RICE CASSEROLE

3 cans beef consomme soup
1 cube butter
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. white rice
1/2 T. oregano
1 chopped onion
canned sliced mushrooms

Bring to a boil for 10 minutes.
Bake covered in 9x13 pan for 1 hour at 350.
