SWISS CHEESE CHICKEN
8 chicken breasts
8 slices swiss or other cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1 package Stovetop stuffing
1/3 c. margarine
Place chicken in dish. Place one slice of cheese over each piece of chicken. Stir soup and water together. Spoon over chicken. Drizzle marg./butter over it (only half of it.) Crush stuffing crumbs and sprinkle over chicken. Drizzle the rest of the butter and about 1/4 c. water over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
